Carlos Quentin

After nine years in the MLB, a decorated college career and a multi-sport background, Carlos knows how important mental resilience is to success on and off the field. He is passionate about sharing his and his colleagues’ experiences and expertise to help young athletes improve their performances and overall wellbeing.
After finishing his professional career, Carlos pursued a graduate degree in business administration where Before The Field was first imagined. He has a personal desire to improve the ecosystem of youth and amateur sports as he watches his two young kids participate in athletics.
